Where is Race Pack Collection?

If you have not purchased the postage add on as part of your registration into this years event, you will need to collect your race bib from either Westfield Sydney on Thursday, February 1 or from Westfield Warringah Mall on Friday, February 2. Please bring a copy of your eTicket to show event staff at collection. If for any reason you are unable to attend, a friend or family member can attend on your behalf.

Located on Ground floor near Blue P1 carpark entry doors, Sephora, and the travelators

Condamine St & Old Pittwater Rd, Brookvale

Parking: The Blue P1 Carpark is the best parking spot, with the bib collection located just at the doors to the carpark  

Westfield Sydney, Level 6 ā€“ Concierge Suite

Located on level 6 near Grillā€™d and JB Hi-Fi

Pitt St & Market St, Sydney

Public transport is the best way to reach the centre, with St James, Martin Place and Town Hall less than 10 minutes walk. Buses service the city frequently from across greater metropolitan Sydney.

What's in my Race Pack?

For Sun Run, your Race Pack will contain your race bib with a disposable timing tag attached. Please ensure you have this pinned to the front of your shirt prior to starting the run on Saturday.

For Aquathlon and Cole Classic participants, your Rack Pack will contain the below 3 items, all of which you must be wearing prior to starting your race;

  • Your coloured swim cap that corresponds to your wave
  • Your timing tag with a velcro strap to worn around your ankle
  • A yellow water safety wristband displaying your race number

What happens if I have lost my race bib?

If you have lost or damaged your race bib or timing chip you can buy a replacement from the Race Pack Collection (Thursday & Friday) or Race HQ (Saturday & Sunday) for $20.

Gear Drop 

There will be a gear drop service available for the Sun Run & Cole Classic. Gear drop at Sun Run and Aquathlon will be transported from Dee Why to Manly.

Traffic & Transport

Road closures and diversions will be in place to ensure the safety of runners and the non-event community. Participants are advised to plan their trip prior to leaving home.
